If you are applying for a nonimmigrant visa and you have an urgent medical or humanitarian need to travel and you are unable to schedule an appointment that will accommodate travel, you may request an emergency appointment.

In Order to qualify for Visa Renewals all the following must apply to you 

  • Your expired visa was issued to you over 14 years old

  • Your visa expired or is expiring between 2018-2023

  • Your visa was issued for full validity(10 years)

  • You were never denied renewal for this visa before

Minimum Requirements

  • Your Valid Passport and 1 passport size photos 

  • Proof of Accommodation(Address in the usa)

  • Relative Death Certificate/funeral Arrangements or a letter from attending Physician or Hospital 

  • If you or your child needs urgent medical care a doctors note from your doctor here and also confirmation from doctor in the usa with source of funds to pay for medical care 

  • A letter confirming proof of urgent business meeting

In Order to qualify for Emergency Appointment, any of the following must apply to you:


  • Your Parent, Sibling or Child death, several illness or life threatening accident 

  • You are seeking urgent medical treatment for you or your child 

  • Urgent Business purposes that occur earlier than visa Appointment date available

After your visa interview, we review the outcome with you and provide guidance on the next steps. We assist with the necessary closeout procedures and offer support as you move forward with your visa process.
